Mr. Rojas began his career as an intern in the corporate area in the Savings Pharmacies Legal Department, taking care of issues related to the Corporate Secretariat of the parent company and its subsidiaries.
Later, he joined the legal office of A2M ASESORES, SC, in which he was in charge of various matters related to the Corporate Secretariat of different companies, as well as issues related to SOFOM's, specifically fulfilling orders issued by the CONDUSEF to regularize contracts of credit. Likewise, he worked in the area of Foreign Investment, entrusted to comply with the annual obligations before the Ministry of Economy, of companies with foreign capital, as well as issues related to capital injections by the World Bank to Mexican companies, having to comply with all legal requirements for such investments. Likewise, he performed multiple translations of legal documents from legal English to Spanish and vice versa.
To date, Mr. Rojas works in the transnational paper business CMPC, in which he reviews and drafts civil, commercial and e-commerce contracts, as well as the coordination and planning of civil, commercial and work with external offices. In addition, he is in charge of the Corporate Secretariat area of the parent company and its subsidiaries.
Finally, Mr. Rojas joins the Margáin Abogados team in 2019 as an external advisor on corporate, civil and commercial law issues.
Education
Graduated from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) with a degree in Law.
Studies abroad at the University of West Hungary, now the University of Sopron, in which he studied International Economics and Finance.
