Tax Law

What is Tax Law?

Tax law is the branch of public law that is responsible for regulating the legal rules that allow the state to exercise its tax power in order to obtain a vote in public spending. We offer advice in drafting administrative appeals against various agencies of the SAT; legal support in conclusive agreements before the Taxpayer Protection Office (PRODECON); support in tax deductions: annual declarations and provisional payments; support in situations where the authority exercises the power of fiscal verification; and support regarding problems derived from electronic invoices and their deduction.
