Professional experience

Mr. Rojas began his career as an intern in the corporate area at the Arizpe Valdés firm and Marcos, later moving to the litigation area of the same office.
After joining the legal team of Vector Casa de Bolsa, collaborating in the comptroller and corporate area, where he is in charge of compliance with financial regulations.

Subsequently, he goes to Corporate Aliant Empresarial as a junior associate, in charge of the company's corporate area, as well as its administrative procedures.

Finally he goes to Afore Invercap, where he worked in the legal area, under review and preparation of corporate documents and updating of its corporate secretariat as well as of compliance with the National Commission of the Retirement Savings System.
Mr. Rojas joined the team in 2017 as a junior associate, collaborating in various corporate matters, as well as in civil, commercial, administrative and criminal litigation.
