He has worked as a lawyer for the <\/span><span style=\"color: #808080;\">tax authorities in Mexico and as a lawyer for companies and individuals in <\/span><span style=\"color: #808080;\">litigation in tax matters. He has also successfully represented clients challenging <\/span><span style=\"color: #808080;\">resolutions of different organs of the federal, state and municipal public administration. The <\/span><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Lic. Rojas has also represented financial institutions and other clients in litigation <\/span><span style=\"color: #808080;\">related to the recovery of accounts receivable, fraud, breach of trust and <\/span><span style=\"color: #808080;\">breach of contracts. Additionally, Mr. Rojas represents individuals in <\/span><span style=\"color: #808080;\">litigation related to inheritance, property matters and other family matters.<\/span><\/h6>\n<h6><span style=\"color: #808080;\">The professional practice of Lic.
